Do you test your products on animals?

Supplements are safe. They are meant to be taken as a supplement to ones diet and should not be taken as food. Our bodies need certain supplements to aid us in being health. Supplements should be taken as a secondary assist to keep you healthy. It is always recommended that you consult your doctor about taking supplements as they can direct you on dosage and what type of supplements maybe right for you.

I just placed an order, when will I get my product?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 days for shipment. Once the product is shipped, it may take up to 3-7 days to be delivered to your doorsteps.
COVID-19 Update: Due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping times may be delayed by a few days. But as we ship from within the US, we are not expecting long delays. Shipment will still be processed and sent out withing 2-3 days but actual shipping to your location may be delayed due to carriers back log. Can I return my products?
We guarantee our products 100% and if for any reason you would like to return your purchase, once you receive your product, you can contact us to start the refund process.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not happy with our product, you can return your products. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Our Customer Service department will send you instruction for the return process once you initiate it.
Please note: If you your package is on the way; you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong notify us via email at livewell@ohmbiotico.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
